I'm looking forward to seeing many clients/friends in the upcoming classes in Lubbock. Many times when I tell people that Lubbock is the city in the USA that I return to the most, they are surprised; however, there are so many foodies in Lubbock! Now it's a tradition to teach classes and cook for dinner parties in Lubbock at least twice, if not three times a year.
