‼️ATHLETE SPOTLIGHT: RALPH SENCION‼️
Three months.
That’s all it took.
Ralph, an incoming senior at Greater Lowell Technical High School, is one of those athletes every coach wants. He shows up every day, works his ass off, and never makes excuses. When something needs improvement, he attacks it.
📚 Honor Roll Student
• All A’s and B’s
• HVAC Student
• OSHA Certified
• Hot Works Certified
• EPA Universal Certified
🏈 Offensive Line / Defensive Line
Strength Gains in Just 3 Months:
Bench
275 ➡️ 300 (+25)
Squat
435 ➡️ 550 (+115)
Deadlift
425 ➡️ 455 (+30)
Those numbers don’t happen by accident.
Ralph has earned every pound on the bar through consistency, discipline, and relentless effort. The same mentality that makes him successful in the weight room is what makes him a problem for opponents on Friday nights.
Stronger. More explosive. More confident.
The scary part? He’s still getting better.
Keep working, Ralph. Big senior season ahead!

🏴☠️What Does Training Look Like At Eastbound?
Our system is built to create stronger, faster, more explosive athletes that can actually perform in their sport, not just look good in the weight room. Every training day has a purpose.
🏋️ MAX EFFORT DAYS
This is where we build real strength and force production through heavy compound movements. We rotate bars, stances, variations, and accommodating resistance weekly which allows athletes to max out consistently without burnout or plateaus. This builds stronger, more resilient athletes while attacking weaknesses and improving confidence under pressure.
⚡️ GPP WORK
Mobility, sled work, speed, and conditioning are huge parts of our program. Sleds improve acceleration, leg drive, conditioning, and work capacity without beating up the joints. Mobility improves movement quality, recovery, and injury prevention. Speed and agility work teaches athletes how to decelerate, reposition, and explode efficiently in game situations.
🚀 DYNAMIC EFFORT DAYS
This is where strength becomes speed. Explosive lifts, jumps, throws, bands, and chains teach athletes how to produce force faster…directly improving sprint speed, change of direction, explosiveness, and overall game speed.
We don’t do random workouts. We train with intent to build complete athletes year round.

⛓️Everyone Wants To Get Better
⛓️Very Few Are Willing To Live Like It
Here’s what it actually takes:
1️⃣Train 5 Days a Week
You need consistent exposure to strength, speed, and conditioning. Showing up a couple times a week won’t cut it if you’re serious about separating yourself. The athletes who improve the fastest are the ones who are in the gym consistently putting in real work.
2️⃣Recover Like an Athlete
If you’re not sleeping, hydrating, and taking care of your body, you’re wasting your training. Recovery is what allows you to adapt, get stronger, and stay healthy. No recovery = no progress.
3️⃣Follow a Schedule
Winging it doesn’t work. The best athletes have structure… training times, recovery, meals, everything. Discipline comes from having a plan and sticking to it.
4️⃣Eat to Perform
Your body is a machine. If you put garbage in, you get garbage out. Eat foods that fuel performance…protein, carbs, hydration. Not junk that slows you down and kills your energy.
5️⃣Be Obsessed
One hour a day focused on your craft is nothing, but most people won’t even give that. The ones who do? They separate. Every time.
‼️You don’t need more motivation.
🏴☠️You need higher standards.
‼️If you’re serious about getting better, this is where you do it.
