Yesterday, our incredible talented team stepped away from behind the chair for two hours to immerse themselves in a new color line — studying the science, the formulation, and the possibilities. Cleaner ingredients. Softer results. More vibrancy. Longer-lasting wear. More options for our guests. And it is really cool.

But what inspires me most?
