Update: 5pm EMS crews have cleared the scene. Sheriff's deputies were still controlling traffic at this time. Be cautious of delays and personnel still on scene.

4pm: There is a motor vehicle collision at 17th and Gum street. The intersection is currently blocked off. Seek another route. Be careful of EMS personnel and law enforcement in the area.
