That chill in the air is reminding us that winter is approaching and for you water well owners it means it's time to winterize your water system before it's too late. ❄️❄️
Tips for keeping your water system protected from the cold.
- Put a housing unit over the pressure tank and pipes.
- Cover exposed pipes with heat tape or wrap.
- Add insulation where possible.
- Use a heat lamp if safe to do so. Also DO NOT use the same circuit or breaker that runs your pump.
