The tender has been set onto the rails! This tender, well the whole train, was built in Great Britain, and shipped by sea to Baltimore, then trucked to Carillon and set on the rails by crane. The tender alone weights 57,000 pounds. It contains the massive batteries and has the traction wheels. The locomotive is actually a dummy.
