The Route is excited to invite our community to "The Cuisine of Haiti," part of the Celebrating Our Neighborhood: The Arts & Culture of Haiti series hosted in partnership with the Louisville Free Public Library and Kentucky Refugee Ministries.

Come experience a live cooking demonstration by Chef Mackendy Alcinvil, Caribbean Restaurant and Bakery, has he shares the rich flavors, traditions, and history behind Haitian cuisine.
