Louisville among most affordable large cities to buy a home, study finds (Whas11.com)
LOUISVILLE, Ky. β Louisville was recently named one of the most affordable large U.S. cities to purchase a home.
A WalletHub study found Louisville to be the eighth-most affordable place for people looking to buy a house.
The study compared 300 U.S. cities across several metrics, including, cost of homes, their maintenance to tax rates and vacancy rates.
Louisville ranked 25th overall and 8th among large cities.
