We're excited to announce that Dwayne Mendez has joined First Class Air as our Director of MRO Customer Service. With more than 20 years of aviation industry experience spanning cargo operations, training, operations management, process development, and customer success, Dwayne brings a wealth of knowledge that will help strengthen how we serve our customers every day. In his new role, Dwayne will lead the MRO Customer Service teams across Cargo Repair, Cobalt Aero Services, Innodyne Systems, and Survival Products, helping drive best practices, operational excellence, and a consistent customer experience across our family of companies.

Dwayne will play an important role in helping us deliver a seamless, customer-focused experience across every interaction. His leadership will help embed best practices throughout our organization while strengthening our commitment to The First Class Way. We're committed to continually improving how we support our customers throughout the aircraft lifecycle, and investing in talented leaders like Dwayne is an important part of delivering on that commitment.
