The Citrus Memorial Health Foundation YMCA, part of YMCA of the Suncoast in Florida, has been teaming up with many area groups serving veterans through a veterans’ advocacy program called “Here for Our Heroes.”

The programs are open to vets and the local Florida community. And Y membership is not required for many of the activities. What an amazing program the YMCA is involved with!

YMCA is 'Here for Our Heroes' Sometimes, if you’re a veteran, a government office is just not where you want to go for advice or a bit of camaraderie.

Edmond to begin construction on $31.5M library and YMCA facility for the YMCA of Greater Oklahoma City - The 71,600-square-foot facility is described as a multigenerational community space with programs and activities for all ages.

More and more Y's are taking cooperative approaches to facilitating and combining other community resources into their overall plans. Very progressive and accommodating! Y's for all!

Edmond to begin construction on $31.5M library and YMCA facility | The Journal Record Construction is scheduled to begin later this summer on a $31.5 million city-owned building at 15th Street and Interstate 35 to house a second public library and a new YMCA branch.
