Division 3 Concrete needed a ride on floor scrubber Saturday. We are not open Saturdays but we made sure they got one. I knew it was a big job for them and told the driver picking it up the scrubber to take another propane tank. He forgot it so I put one in my truck just in case they ran out because they were only 5 minutes from my house. Sure enough, Sunday morning I get a call for another tank. Had it to his site less than 30 minutes. While I was there he said he needed a 6K Reach folklift Monday morning for another job. Mondays are very busy and hard to find haulers. Went to our store and got one out and had a hauler take it to the site. We do what is needed to help our customers. Thanks for the business Joe Gordon. We want to be “Your Rental Store” too.
