Theo is a 58 year old that is just beginning his fitness journey! He is three weeks in and has taken the bull by the horns and made drastic changes. From two a days to counting macros he is all in. 3 weeks is all it has been so far and I would say he has seen massive results!

Starting at 127lbs about 3 months ago to now being 143lbs this is the heaviest Arty has ever weighed! He was able to do this Through his hard work, a good nutrition plan and an awesome workout program. 16 pounds in 12 weeks is optimal. That’s just barely over a pound a week so it ensures that all mass being added is lean muscle.
