Ever heard of a SuperPro3000?
We hadn’t either—until a client asked us to bring theirs back to life. This 20-year-old chip programmer was built for Windows XP, and most support providers wouldn’t go near it.

But we love a challenge.

After some serious tinkering, we got it running. On Windows 11 even.

If you see something, like the picture, that claims to be a CAPTCHA, don't do it. CAPTCHAs only ever require you to click a checkbox or do some weird traffic light identification game. It's a scam that's trying to trick you into running code on your computer. We've seen this gaining traction recently. The code is often a remote access trojan that allows the bad guys access to your computer.

Who do you call when your roof caves in? Not us.

We should be, maybe, your fifth or sixth call. Soon as that roof is repaired, though, we'll be right there to help you!

Louisville has been snowed under by the recent storm and likely by the coming storm this weekend. Sometimes, buildings can't handle the weight and, in this case, caused a client's roof to cave in. As soon as they were able to shore up the roof and make it safe, we went in and recovered their technology hardware. After checking the hardware, we helped the client get their staff back to work at another location.

Last week, we had a remarkable hero moment when a client's network went offline in the middle of the workday. Thanks to our advanced monitoring systems, we detected the outage and began addressing it before the client even realized there was an issue. By the time they reached out to us, we had already identified the problem and were proactively contacting them.

At Internetek, we maintain stock on-hand and backups of network configurations, allowing us to swiftly pull and configure hardware. Within just two hours, we had the new hardware installed and the client's network up and running again.

Consider the financial impact when your staff can't work, take calls, or respond to emails. Most companies would take a couple of days to diagnose the issue, order, configure, and install the necessary hardware. Two days of downtime versus a couple of hours? This is just one of the many reasons why you want Internetek by your side.
