Dave has been part of Harbor Network since the very beginning, serving as our Executive Director and helping lead the network as it has grown to more than 125 churches across 30 states. His passion for healthy churches and healthy leaders has shaped Harbor from day one.

As we gather around this year's theme, Transformed & Transforming: Pursuing Wholehearted Leadership, we're excited for Dave to share from years of experience, walking alongside pastors and seeing God at work in churches across the country.

He has become a trusted voice for Christians seeking to engage public life with both conviction and compassion, helping the church think clearly and faithfully about politics, justice, cultural division, and public witness.

Justin’s work is marked by a rare combination of courage, nuance, and Christian conviction. In a cultural moment that often pulls us toward reaction or retreat, he helps leaders recover a more faithful imagination for life in public.
