Here is a construction project we completed back in December for a great client. This homeowner had a goal of building a shop, but the challenge of a heavily sloped lot. There was about 4 feet of fall from back to front, so we proposed cutting into the slope and building a retaining wall to level the pad. So that’s exactly what we did - all excavation, grading, retaining wall build, footings and concrete for the shop to sit on. We finished it off with a gravel entrance and parking area, and all finish grading and seed to re-establish the lawn. We started on this the first week of December and put the finishing touches on it the morning of Christmas Eve. Our client had his shop finished this spring and it turned out amazing!
