Just out of curiosity, who here misses my pulled pork sandwiches?
Once again Sonny suggested I make hamburger helper for dinner š„“ so I decided to do the Mexican version š made ground beef with potatoes and zucchini and cooked it up in a homemade fire roasted Chile verde sauce. Came out so good!

Not bad for my first attempt at making artisan bread š Iām going to make tomato soup from scratch for dinner and use this bread to make grilled cheese sandwiches to go with the soup!
