Hello our beautiful, strong, and resilient community. Many of us are feeling a lot of pain, a lot of grief, a lot of anger, a lot of sadness, a lot of despair. We hear you and we see you in your pain. Let us feel this pain, let us be with this intensity, let us move through it and let us find a deeper sense of connection to ourselves and our communities. We need each other right now. We need each other always. We will be holding a free sound healing meditation this Saturday.
