This weekend was a milestone I didn't see coming.

Four separate orders came in through Google search — 10 Prop Activator Controllers total, and a few of them added the PIR motion sensor add-on. These are going out to haunters gearing up for Halloween 2026, and I wanted to show what actually happens between "order placed" and "delivered":

Every Prop Activator is assembled by hand, programmed, and bench-tested right here in my shop. I plug it into a real Home Depot 12 ft Skeleton, a Spirit Halloween animatronic, or a Lowe's prop — whichever I have set up that day — and I run through all three modes (Sequential, Random, Manual) before it gets boxed.

For anyone new here: the Prop Activator Controller fires up to 5 Halloween props in a programmed sequence so they stop talking over each other. You can trigger the sequence with a PIR motion sensor, a step pad, a 433MHz remote, or just let it loop all night. It works with any store-bought animatronic that has a try-me button or step-pad input — Home Depot, Spirit Halloween, Lowe's, or your own DIY builds.

No app. No coding. No ESP32 flashing. Just an OLED menu on the device and you're programming in about two minutes.
