will be guiding us through an Ayurvedic five sense ritual and helping us drop in for the changing of the seasons! After grounding in our senses, sheila, and i will move into collaborative musical sets :)

I’m 30 today!!!! wow what a time to be alive lol literally 😬

i’m so grateful for all the friends i’ve had the opportunity to get to know and all my musical soulmates 🧡 every year that passes, i become more and more sure about my calling and what brings me joy. spending time with my loved ones, creating beautiful music with friends, and performing my art is only the tip of the iceberg. As i grow, i also learn what i actually want to say and my intentions behind my art.

Also, my EP is 3 years old today! it’s crazy that so much time has passed, but listening back to it only further solidifies my purpose and i’m so grateful to have that clarity.
