Happy September 1st!

Who’s ready to join me in locking in for this last quarter of 2025? I love a good challenge and being a Virgo moon, Virgo season is my favorite time to get organized and focus in on how I want to finish out the year.

Like many of you, I’ve experienced a whirlwind of unexpected change this year (which I’ll be sharing more of soon), some of which I thought I’d never come back from but one thing I refuse to do is give up.

IT NEVER GAVE QUITTER!

I can’t wait to do a before and after at the start of the new year to see what 120 of staying consistent, disciplined and making myself a priority looks like. I’m excited!

Healing sucks.

Loving yourself looks like becoming the space, gentleness and grace you always needed to just be and to do the best you can.

It’s never too late to create an environment of grace and love for yourself. Don’t wait for it to come from someone else. It doesn’t need to come from an outside source. You create the environment you need to flourish, heal and feel loved and supported.

You’re already validated.

You don’t need permission. You’re free to feel. Free to come to a place of acceptance so you can shed the old parts of you that aren’t needed on this new level.

But it takes honesty, it takes accountability (yes, accountability lol), it takes boundaries, it takes acceptance. It takes time but in time you’ll realize that space and unconditional love positioned you and prepared you for your promise.

You are good. You are whole.
You are complete as you are, even as you continue to become.

You are already her ✨
