We hope this message finds you well. It is with mixed emotions that we must inform you of the difficult decision we have made to close our salon Lil' Locks on August 20th. We write this letter with a heavy heart, but also with deep appreciation for your unwavering support and loyalty throughout the years.
 
Since 2013, we have had the privilege of serving our community and building strong relationships with our customers. Ultimately, the combination of the impact from COVID as well as high rent had a dramatic effect and we are no longer able to sustain our business model. 
 
Your patronage has been instrumental in our success, and we are sincerely grateful for the trust you have placed in us. This decision was not taken lightly, and we understand the impact it may have on you, our valued customers. 
 However we are excited to announce that we will be offering house calls to ensure your needs are still met. We believe that by embracing house calls, we can continue to serve you effectively and conveniently. 
 
We value your loyalty and support, and we appreciate your understanding during this transition. If you have any questions or would like to schedule a house call, please don't hesitate to reach out to us via phone or email. We look forward to continuing to serve you in the comfort of your own home.
