Last week I gave you the worst drinks at Starbucks....
So here is what I do recommend 😊

Iced or hot coffee: A plain cup of coffee is a low-calorie, nutrient-rich option that can provide a boost of caffeine and antioxidants. Add a splash of milk/almond milk/oat milk.

Iced or hot tea: Like coffee, tea is also a low-calorie, nutrient-rich option that can be enjoyed hot or iced. Starbucks offers a variety of teas, such as green tea, black tea, and herbal teas that are all good options.

Unsweetened iced or hot tea lattes: If you're looking for a milk-based option, try an iced or hot tea latte made with unsweetened tea and your choice of milk.

Caffè Misto: This is a blend of brewed coffee and steamed milk that comes with a little less calories than a latte.

Nitro Cold Brew: Nitro cold brew is a cold, creamy, and slightly sweet coffee that is made using a special brewing process, and is a good choice for those who want a lower-calorie iced coffee option. Ask for a pump of sugar-free vanilla syrup to add some flavor you may be craving!

Remember, when ordering a drink at Starbucks, you can also customize it to suit your needs by asking for non-fat, almond, soy, coconut, or oat milk; sugar-free vanilla or cinnamon dolce syrups, and no whipped cream!
