Although their fire alarms were false ( no actual fire ), the information gathered is valuable. Roof duct fire detectors can cause a false alarm due to a build up of environmental dirt or from electrical interference related to the A/C system. DSS had a technician on the spot within 30 minutes of the emergency service request !!!!
