Thank you to every volunteer who brought their time and expertise to Project Invent this year! Whether through feedback sessions, technical support, or Demo Day judging, your support helped our student inventors be the best they could be! 💙

Our middle school inventors took the stage at Demo Day D.C. with solutions for anxiety and mental health, wheelchair mobility assistance, protecting crops and livestock during extreme weather. Thank you to everyone who was there or cheering from afar! 💙

This year, we’re honoring two Emerging Fellows of the Year — and today we’re spotlighting the incredible Alicia Phillips. Alicia teaches at Apopka Memorial Middle School and lives by one belief: “Failure can never be an option.” She shows up every year with fresh excitement, student-first energy, and an unshakeable commitment to building young people who are innovative, self-reliant, and hungry to learn.
