POV its 2016 and you didn’t take a ton of selfies. You were hard at work and focused on your future in film. You were also pretty focused on your friends. You made a minidoc on Trichotillomania, and you started to learn more about story telling. You also took this photo yourself hoping it looked cool. 10 years later I still think it does ❤️

An incredible last day in Kyoto at the Kiyomizu-dera Temple. With a 2 hour bullet train back (thankfully we didn’t have to stand the whole time) we were met with a little more Toyko rain. Even though I love a little rain, hopefully the rest of the trip stays nice and dry.

There’s something magical about seeing rain after a summer without any. Kyoto has been a wonderful experience so far. Rustic, beautiful, and calming. Even got to experience a tea ceremony. A wonderful day that ended with soaking wet shoes and a belly full of ramen and sake.

Day 4 we headed off to Kyoto on one of my most anticipated things! The Bullet Train! Hard to describe how fast it feels. So cool! Here for a couple nights. More pics to come!
