Congratulations to LA Family Housing for earning the 2021 Developer of the Year Homes Within Reach Award!

office42 is inspired by and in awe of the substantial positive force you continue to be in changing the lives of people who have experienced homelessness. And thank you to the Southern California Association of Nonprofit Housing (SCANPH) for hosting these awards and organizing yet another excellent conference this year that addresseses the need for affordable housing.

office42 is honored to be part of the amazing work LA Family Housing does to create permanent supportive housing within the Los Angeles community. These images portray The Willows, an interim housing development where unhoused members of our community can now call home, thanks to 's vision and hard work to help people transition out of homelesness.

The ReFresh Spot 2.0 mural is complete and has truly elevated this where the community can take showers, do their laundry, and gain access to a variety of resources. The poppies showcase the shining resiliance of wildflowers and celebrate California, while the hands of the community remind the thousands of monthly visitors that they are cared for.

The ReFresh Spot 2.0 beautifcation was a community effort achieved with the help of our many volunteers and donators on Saturday, who painted, landscaped, hung shade sails, and more. Swipe to see progress!
