A truly epic trip of friendship, deeply connecting, giggly goofing in our PJs, exploring the country side, hiking in the most gorgeous landscape, and reminiscing …all topped off with the perfect cherry aperitif left in our room…in honor of George Washington who surveyed the town in 1749.

I can’t get enough of VA’s stone walls, horses, historic depth and rolling hills. Reminds me of childhood, growing up outside of Philadelphia.

Color has archetypal meaning, yet we all have a personal relationship with color that is uniquely our own. Color impacts the energetic feel of your space; the psychological blue print of our spaces and drives the visual concept.

These layers of perspective make color dynamic, but these various ways of working with color are also what makes a space a personal home that is only made for the people who live there…customized to their special qualities, needs and desires.

it is a thrill also to have two of my favorite Hancock Park interior design projects showcased. I collaborated with on both projects to customize some of the pieces in their collection in new ways such as the bright saffron credenza.

Each project had its own heartbeat, essence and vibe. The two visual concepts were born out of the wonderful nuances in my client’s personalities. Both couples are unique in their sensibility yet soulful by nature.
