A little about our venue for this month...
Elder-Well
The Elder-Well® Adult Day Program is a non-medical Social Model adult day care. Our Adult Day Program provides a safe, supportive and stimulating alternative to an isolating day at home. We offer this unique program along with much needed support services to older adults and their caregivers. Our daily programs are hosted in welcoming, warm and safe atmospheres. These settings help to ease much of the stress and anxiety both our guests and their families experience while transitioning to a day program.

OPICA Adult Day Care Center
As the first Adult Day Program and Counseling Center in Los Angeles, OPICA (Optimistic People in a Caring Atmosphere) has been serving adults challenged with memory loss and their families in West Los Angeles since 1979. OPICA provides comprehensive programming specifically tailored to the needs of those at all stages of memory loss in a nurturing environment. Offerings include cognitively stimulating activities such as therapeutic art and music, brain fitness, counseling, education, and The OPICS Brain Train early memory loss program. As a leading nonprofit community-based organization focused solely on memory loss, OPICA fills a critical need.
