These classes are perfect to maintain your yoga practice in which I always recommend at least two classes a week to keep your practice alive.

Group classes can be booked via our website under "Power Flow" and "Relax & Unwind." You are more than welcome to join from ANY location and have the option to keep cameras on or off.

Hello Earth Flow Yogi’s

I wanted you to be the first to know that we are adding new online classes to our schedule beginning Tuesday, March 5th. Yes, we are adding weekly online classes, private sessions and our outdoor pop-up class will begin to take place monthly. All classes will take place via Zoom with the exception of our Saturday Power Flow class which will take place in Los Angeles.
