Rack of lamb over pumpkin parsnip purée, roasted tomatoes, mint hummus, with a squash, radish and parsley garnish. Oh, can’t forget that mint chimichurri.

Mussels cooked with chorizo and wine, garden grown heirloom tomato bruschetta, and roasted endive with a lemon feta balsamic vinaigrette. Delicious….😋🤤
