Just sold. This was a bittersweet sale. My clients lost their incredible Malibu home to the fires in January. It was such a special property, more unique than any house I have ever sold. A true one-of-a-kind, built by Animal House actor, Tim Matheson in 1979. Such a devastating loss. Hopefully, moving on from this tragedy will bring solace to the sellers and joy to the buyers who plan to promptly build a home on this rare site. I guarantee that they will never get tired of this view.
