MASTERTRACK WINTER PLAYBACK SUMMIT 2025

Attendees came from four different continents to converge in LA for a jam packed weekend of all things playback, music direction, show programming, and more. We are always honored for folks to dedicate their time to learning from us here at EC - the playback industry is a secretive space and part of our mission is to reduce gatekeeping and encourage those who are willing to invest in themselves to jump on this path!

Attendees heard from EC playback engineers themselves, guest musical directors (MDs), had a workshop at Ableton HQ, got their hands dirty with real touring rigs, gear from , and so much more!

🐝 We are buzzing because this year’s MASTERTRACK event will be held at in Van Nuys, CA! Since it’s inception in 2018, MT is a one-of-a-kind weekend workshop to learn all about playback, autotune, MIDI, touring, and more.

We’re beyond excited to bring the event to the Hive, where many of our engineers and clients work and rehearse throughout the year. There’s no better place to dive deep with us than one of the best rehearsal venues in greater LA.
