ANX is excited to share details on the first phase of Midtown Vegas. Located in the Arts District, between the iconic Strip and Downtown Las Vegas, the project consists of two 8-story mixed-use towers, including condominiums, hotel residences, offices, retail, and community amenities.

Our project goals center on creating a vibrant, walkable, 24-hour community in the rapidly growing Arts District neighborhood. Midtown Vegas aims to blend residential, commercial, and communal spaces to foster a lively urban environment that supports both local residents and visitors.
