REALTOR® friends and actually, all of my friends, your action is needed: Urge your legislator to Vote NO on AB 736!

AB 736 could allow local real estate transfer taxes to increase up to 27 times the current limit, making it more expensive for Californians to buy and sell real estate.

Please take one minute to call your legislator ASAP. It’s easy! If you don’t know what to say, here’s a simple script:

“Hello, my name is ________, and I’m a constituent. I’m calling to urge a NO vote on AB 736. This bill would significantly increase transfer taxes and make buying and selling property more expensive. Thank you.”

REALTORS, you should’ve received a red alert email from C.A.R. providing you with your Assemblymember and Senator.
