We just hit 10,000 subscribers on YouTube — and I have to share the real story behind that number.

I started this channel back in 2014. For ten years, I had 113 subscribers. Ten years of posting into what felt like silence. But I never gave up on it.

Earlier this year, I finally decided to get serious. I started focusing on home tours and market update videos covering the LA real estate market — real, useful content instead of just posting for the sake of posting. By February, we'd grown to almost 1,600 subscribers.

Then things really took off. In just the last few months, we went from 1,500 subscribers to over 10,000.

It hasn't been easy. It's meant constantly adapting to the algorithm, doing honest gut checks on what's actually working, and being willing to try things I wasn't personally excited about — because it was what my viewers needed and what was best for the channel long-term.

To everyone who has watched, subscribed, commented, and stuck with me over the years — thank you. Truly. You're the reason this channel exists.
