Had a memorable lunch on set with Ian Copeland. Ian was a music promoter and agent (the B-52’s, The Cure, The Police, Simple Minds, The Beat, & The Go-Go’s to name a few). Ian was also the older brother of Stewart Copeland, drummer and founder of The Police.

Ian regaled me with tales of touring life with The Police including how they managed to get all the instruments and equipment to the pyramids in Egypt. Told Ian that Zenyatta Mondatta was the first album I bought when I moved back to the US from Mexico and to this day one of my very favorites. All roads lead back to The Police
