We are excited to share that LDG is the recipient of TWO Grand Awards from the 2025 Gold Nugget Awards competition!

Brentwood Residence received the Grand Award for Best Custom Home 7,500–9,000 sq. ft. and El Milagro Residence won for Best Custom Home over 9,000 sq. ft.

We are also proud to announce that Crestwood Residence and Montana Lake House were recognized as Merit Award winners in their respective categories.

Presented by PCBC, the Gold Nugget Award program celebrates over 60 years of upholding the legacy of excellence, and it is the oldest and most respected design awards competition in the nation. It’s an honor to receive this recognition—thank you Gold Nugget Awardss!

LDG’s Beverly Hills Residence received significant recognition at the Americas Property Awards, held last week at the JW Marriott in Los Angeles.

The project was awarded:

✨ Five Star Award for Best Architecture Single Residence, California
✨ Five Star Award for Best Residential Property, California
✨ Five Star Award for Best Architecture Single Residence, USA

The highlight of the event was the esteemed honor of our project being named a Nominee in the Architecture Single Residence category.

As a finalist, the project will now advance to the final stage of judging, where it will compete for the prestigious “World’s Best” title at the International Property Awards in London next February.

We are excited for the opportunity to represent the Americas on the global stage.
