***ANNOUNCEMENT***

I hope this finds you all in good health and spirit.

Friday 12/27/2019 will be my last day at Salon Republic at 9911 W. Pico Blvd.
It was a tiny room, but I have immense memories with you all and I will treasure them forever.
It’s been a wonderful 16 years, and I deeply appreciate your kind support.
THANK YOU!!!

As I mentioned earlier, my new location will be at ALON SHALOM SALON.
The address is: 8014 Melrose Avenue, Los Angeles 90046 (between Crescent Heights & Fairfax).
It’s very close to the trendy West Hollywood area, and there are many lovely cafes and restaurants in the neighborhood to visit for a coffee, snack, etc.

My business day schedule will be Thursday through Sunday.
Business hours may vary, so please contact me via phone/text (310.963.3277) or email ([email protected]) in advance.
My starting day at Alon Shalom Salon will be Saturday, January 4, 2020.

Greetings everyone!

In Japan, a new emperor was crowned on the 1st of May and the new imperial era “Reiwa” has started.

I moved to the U.S. in 1989 - means this year is the 30th anniversary of my life in America, and I turned 60 years old, plus Japan welcomed the new imperial era - I really feel something special in this year.
I’ve been wanting to have bunion surgery for many years, and I finally decided to have it this “special” year.

The surgery for my right foot bunion is scheduled on 6/18, then the left side will be done sometime in October.
After each surgery, I won’t be able to work for a few weeks.

For my first surgery, I’ll be absent from work (Tue)6/18 through (Thu)7/04, planning to resume regular business hours (Fri)7/05.
But the schedule may vary depending on my foot condition.

I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and appreciate your understanding.

Appointments are getting booked up on weekends (especially 6/15 & 6/16), but weekdays are still available.
Please make your appointment early.
