OXY-Neighborhood Partnership Program

In honor of the last week of College Awareness month, the Neighborhood Partnership Program is excited to present our first SPIRIT WEEK! 📚😊

From Monday (10/26) through Sunday (11/1), each day of this upcoming week is dedicated to a different dress up theme! Make sure to send us a pic of you dressed in your spirit week fit so we can share it on our page highlights!

In addition, each member of our NPP leadership team will be hosting IG takeovers this week on our story! Tune in to our story to watch our team take us through a day in their life and answer Q&A questions about college! :)

The first two weeks of our Oxy Virtual Visits were a success! Thank you so much to all of the amazing students and Gear Up staff who joined us, we hope you enjoyed your visit :)
These past two weeks, we had the honor of hosting Miguel Contreras Learning Complex, Liechty Middle School, Thomas Jefferson High, Nava College Prep, Foshay Learning Center, Manual Arts High, West Adams Prep, Julian Nava, John Adams Middle School and Pio Pico Middle School 🧡 Stay tuned for more to come!

The Neighborhood Partnership Program partners with GEAR UP 4 LA a non-profit program that provides mentorship and leadership for low income, first-generation college-going youth in LA.
