“You and I” is out everywhere! We started it 5 years ago, and I can’t believe it’s finally out! It’s both in English and Spanish and talks about long-distance relationships across time zones. I think we all sometimes miss the “good, old days”, wondering what went wrong and wishing we could go back to where time felt still and nothing mattered - only you and the present. For me, it’s definitely my childhood - playing outside, running around, eating whatever I wanted, making hundreds of friends daily (and actually staying in touch😅), and not worrying about “where do you see yourself in 5 years”. This song is about that with a bit of my favorite type of humor - self-deprecation. I believe laughing at your problems actually makes them feel smaller so let’s laugh together while everything around us is burning 😄. I hope this song will put you in a good mood and you can find something you relate to. ‘Cause when everything around you is falling apart - maybe you just need to go outside for a walk and to listen to a good song. 😁💙
