It is listed as a food most likely to prevent colon cancer, minimize the risk of cataracts, and protect against stroke. Serving size: about 1/3 cup.
Carb Free Cloud Bread:
3 eggs, separated
3 Tbsp cream cheese
1/4 tsp cream of tartar
1/2 tsp sugar
Preheat oven to 300 F.
In one bowl mix together egg yolks, cream cheese and sugar until smooth. In another bowl mix the egg whites with cream of tartar on high until fluffy and form nice peaks. Gently fold the yolk mixture into the egg whites until mixed. Do not break down the fluffiness while mixing.
Spoon hamburger bun size rounds on a non stick foil or spray your cookie sheets with non stick cooking spray. It yields about 10 buns. Bake at 300 F for 30 min, or until golden brown. Let cool before making sandwiches.
