Regent Properties is pleased to announce the acquisition of Linear Apartments, a 104-unit, Class A multifamily property located in the Roosevelt Row Arts District of Phoenix. 

The property aligns with Regent’s ongoing strategy to invest in well-located, highly-amenitized residential assets in dynamic urban infill locations at attractive pricing relative to replacement cost. 

Linear Apartments will be branded under Maia Urban, a division of Regent Properties. The Maia Urban platform combines elevated multifamily living with convenient access to vibrant city life and is part of Regent’s broader Maia Communities platform focused on residential excellence in high-growth markets.

Last Friday, our Regent PM Phoenix team joined forces with Feed My Starving Children to pack 189 boxes of meals! Together, we created 40,824 meals, valued at $11,836.96, to feed 111 kids for an entire year.
