Men, let’s stop lying to ourselves.

I don’t care what your genetics are, where you come from, or what excuses you’ve been told. If you want a better body, you can build one.

And stop with the “I don’t want abs” talk. Most people wanted them at some point. They just hit an obstacle, got discouraged, or never had the right direction.

I remember somebody telling me, “If God wanted you to have abs, He would’ve given them to you.”

Bu****it.

God gave me the tools, the discipline, and the choice to build the body I wanted.

You get one body. This is the one I’d rather live in.

Stop settling. Stop getting comfortable. Take control of what you can control and build the body you want.

I’ll keep setting the standard.

Because the standard is the standard.
