Spending time outdoors boosts creativity, relieves stress, and keeps your blood flowing. Whether it’s a game of tag or a simple walk, fresh air and fun are essential for a healthy body, mind, and soul.

Whenever and wherever possible, we challenge you to spend at least 30 minutes a day taking in the outdoors. 🌴

Our program has proven outdoor play to be an effective stress-relieving, relationship-building, environment-appreciating tool that empowers our participants to release, imagine, and explore.
