For many of us, that child grew up pushing feelings down, not feeling safe enough in the moment to express them. You trusted the adults around you. Maybe they nurtured you. Maybe they didn’t. Now you, as an adult, can take care your Inner Child.👀

You are now the provider, the caregiver, the adult you needed; so go and question your own belief systems, voice those feelings that you couldn’t when you were younger. Go camping, learn how to tie knots, draw on the walls! You have permission to be that kid again.
