Tonight's panel discussion is titled "Atonement for Sin"
Panelists from different faiths will teach us how each of their faiths offers atonement. How does it depend on the severity of the sin? How much depends on the deeds and life led previously?
What does atonement offer the sinner? What authority does the clergy have? What happens to an unrepentant sinner?

Our discussion will cover several religions’ rites for life cycle events. How is a birth celebrated? When does childhood end and adult responsibility begin? When is someone recognized as a member of the faith? Who can be married and wha
t commitments are made in the marriage ceremony? What is required to be lay and clergy leaders?
