Standing here with after a meeting that will redefine how student creatives are seen, valued, and respected feels full circle. Not because we made it, but because we’re now positioned to hold the door open for those coming next.

This moment isn’t about titles or logos. It’s about evolution. It’s about returning to the dream with leverage. It’s about transforming access into infrastructure and talent into legacy.

We once dreamed of being in rooms like this.
Now we’re redesigning them, so the next generation doesn’t have to ask for permission to belong.
