Nothing sucks more than injuring your back 🤕

Instead of doing my normal workout the other day, I went mountain biking and unfortunately one of the jumps got the better of me.

Now I walk slower than a tortoise and have the mobility of a statue 🤣

But I still love my hobbies and will be back out there hitting the jumps soon
