This is the installation of a foundation waterproofing system. The v***r barrier that is applied to the exterior of the foundation wall redirects water into the drain line below which then takes it off the property.

This is a quick overview of the construction process for soft story retrofits!

First, we cut out and demolish necessary portions of concrete, stucco, and ceiling per engineering design. (Photo 2)

Then we excavate grade beam trenches. We install footings, rebar, and fabricated steel columns. We then weld these elements together.

Next, we pour high-strength concrete over the rebar to solidify the structure further and complete miscellaneous framing details such as installing stucco paper and mesh.

Lastly, we begin cleaning up the job site and paint the impacted area to match the texture and color of the existing building.

This includes a structural assessment and written report that covers any documented structural issues, what's causing them, and how we propose to fix it. The proposal includes a project breakdown and the expected costs of repairs!
