Something shifted for me this year. And I need to talk about it. 🧬
I’ve been in the wellness industry for over 9 years. I’ve worked on more than 6,000 bodies. And yet — my own body was telling me a story I wasn’t ready to hear.
Bloated. Inflamed. Tired in a way sleep couldn’t fix. My lymphatic system was sluggish, my cells weren’t recovering the way they used to — and honestly? I felt disconnected from the woman I was building this business to become.
